The purpose of this firm fixed price purchase order is to organize a promotional billboard campaign as well as to celebrate the 250th anniversary of American independence (Freedom 250), the U.S. Embassy Dhaka will implement a promotional billboard campaign called the Great American Treasure Hunt from June 24 to July 7, 2026 and a Gulshan Circle billboard takeover on July 4, 2026, midnight to celebrate the 250 years anniversary of the United States of America.
