This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Great Lakes and Ohio Rivers Division Civil Works and Operations and Maintenance missions require environmental sample analysis support, necessary for characterization of soils, sediments, groundwaters, surface waters, tissues, oils, wastes, and other environmental sample types. Contractors must register with sam.gov, prior to registering with the DoD Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) system. Your firm must register with PIEE in order to access the solicitation and to place a bid/proposal in response to the Solicitation.
