MU26 AND MU27 Fire Extinguisher Cartridges

The purpose of this Amendment 0002 is to extend the solicitation response date. The closing date and time for receipt of proposals is hereby extended from 16 JUNE 2026 at 12:00 P.M. CDT to 30 JUNE 2026 at 2:00 P.M. CDT. All other terms and conditions of solicitation W519TC-26-R-0024 remain unchanged. This Request for Proposal (RFP) will result in a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) award to procure the Fire Extinguisher Cartridge MU26 and MU27 as follows; NSN: 1377-01-255-2382ES/MU26 Part Number: 30903860 NSN: 1377-01-255-1598ES/MU27 Part Number: 30903861 This RFP is restricted to one or a limited number of responsible sources, as authorized by 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 6.103-1(b). To be eligible for award, the Offeror must submit a valid Qualification Acceptance Letter, or Government approved equivalent, signed by an authorized Government engineer verifying their status as a qualified source for this requirement.
