B6030 A_C Roof Replacement

*Please Note: This pre-solication notice is different than the B6030 A_C Roof Sealant (FA466126R0006). This requirement requires an all new, prefinished, standing seam metal roof to replace the current metal roof. See Statement of Work for more information.* This is a pre-solicitation notice for the upcoming Dyess AFB building 6030 A_C Roof Replacement requirement. The roof totals an approximate square footage of 26,060 Square Feet. The solicitation should be posted on or about 15 July 2026. This is not a solicitation. Proposals will not be accepted at this time. Please see attached Statement Of Work for additional information. Vendors are encouraged to ready the attached documents in their entirety and submit a capabilities statement showings the unique abilities for their companies, and any socioeconomic categories. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
