The following components are included in the O-link signature Q100 system: 1x Olink Signature Q100: including a 1 year warranty, the Q100 instrument and Olink Signature Q100 Interface plate 96.96 1x Olink Signature Target/Flex/Focus Training: including training for one operator and a 1 year NPX Signature Software License 1x Olink 48.48 IFC for Protein expression 1x Olink Signature Q100 Inferface plate 48.48 1x Olink Target 48 Cytokine 1x Olink Training Sample 1x Olink Signature Q100 Certified Installation 1x Olink Target 96 Mouse Exploratory 1x Target 48 Mouse Cytokine 1x Olink 96.96 IFC for Protein Expression 1x Olink 48.48 IFC for Protein Expression This equipment requirement includes the O-link signature Q100 platform for the ability to analyze multiple biomarkers with high specificity and no cross reactivity using a small amount of sample. The equipment must include the NPX signature software license for the ability to read the assay plates, must contain an integrated fluidic circuit for performing proteomic analysis in 48.48 format (48 proteins analyzed for 48 samples), and an 48.48 interface plate that is needed to run the integrated fluidic circuit loading on the Olink Signature Q100 platform. A 3-pin plug type B, LT-202 power cord is also needed. Installation and training included in the package requirement. The NAICS code for this action is 541380. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items.
