SOLICITATION IS HEREBY AMENDED to publish the final Government responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and to make requisite changes to the Solicitation. THIS CONSTRUCTION PROJECT WILL BE A COMPETITIVE, FIRM-FIXED-PRICE, DESIGN-BID-BUILD CONTRACT PROCURED VIA A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) IN ACCORDANCE WITH RFO 15 AND THE TRADEOFF SOURCE SELECTION PROCESS.THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE RFP UNDER NAICS CODE 237990. THE SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD FOR THIS NAICS CODE IS $45,000,000.00.
