This is a pre-soliciation notice for Boiler Repair and Welding Services. See attached Statement of Work (SOW) for details regarding the requirements. If your firm feels they are capabile of providing these services you are permitted to submit a quotation for consideration. Please ensure you review the firm qaulification requirements. No firm will be permitted to provide these services without meeting the techincal requirements as stated in the attached SOW. This notice does not obligate NIST to compensate respondents for any information submitted. NIST will not reimburse vendors for costs incurred in preparing or providing a response to this notice.
