Notice of ISBEE Set-Aside: Immunization Coverage Reporting & Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) Optimization Project

Please see the attached, Amendment 1, Answers to Questions. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 7571PS26Q00058 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Immunization Coverage Reporting & Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) Optimization Project Services. Services shall be provided for the Infectious Disease Branch under the Office of Public Health Support (OPHS) in the Indian Health Service (IHS). The place of performance will be the Offeror’s facility. This acquisition is set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. (ii) See attached RFQ and/or Pricing and Staffing Template for Contract Line Items (CLINs). (iii) See attached RFQ for description of requirements. ‘Instructions to Quoters" begins on pg. 17. (iv) Services to be provided for the Indian Health Service (IHS) Infectious Disease Branch under the Office of Public Health Support (OPHS), but will be performed at the Offeror's facility (v) See attached RFQ for a list of solicitation provisions that apply to the acquisition.
