Supply, Commissioning and Install One-to-One Replacement of Data Center In-Row Cooling System

The purpose of this amendment is for the following: Additional clarity has been provided regarding the payment milestones as described in SOW page?7. A dedicated box has been added to allow offerors to quote buyback cost separately under solicitation section?C. Annexure?A has been added to facilitate separate cost entries for the list of supply equipment under solicitation section?C. Vendor is required to quote separately for each equipment supplying. A separate box for installation costs has been added under solicitation section?C. The bid deadline has been extended to on or before 5:00 PM, July 22nd, 2026 (India Time). Vendor is required to submit drawing of the data server room along with offer.
