NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Castle Point VA Medical Center The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 2, intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to PHILIPS NORTH AMERICA LLC for Philips Ingenuity Elite CT Scanner Service at the VA Hudson Valley Health Care System s Castle Point VA Medical Center. The Contractor will provide full technical support, OEM-compliant preventative maintenance, corrective services, and detailed reporting. As confirmed by a proprietary letter from the manufacturer, PHILIPS NORTH AMERICA LLC is the only authorized service provider for this equipment.
