HVAC REPLACEMENT FOR COLORADO RIVER AGENCY DETENTION FACILITY The U.S. Department of Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Western Regional Office (WRO), Phoenix, AZ intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) Solicitation for the HVAC Replacement at the Colorado River Detention Center, Parker, Arizona.
