The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, safety equipment, supervision, and specialized machinery necessary to complete the concrete grinding, repair, and polishing process for the estimated 3,000 SF area. It is anticipated that this procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 561790 Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings and a small business size standard of $9.0 million. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. See FAR 52.212-1 for submission instructions & FAR 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria.
