The requirement is U. S. Embassy Accra LES Global Medical Coverage (GMC) Health Insurance Services. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference and the date for the conference will be in the solicitation. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
