This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and is being issued using simplified acquisition procedures. 2. The 496th Air Base Squadron is seeking to procure a Landing Zone Operational Kit (see attached Salient Characteristics document for detailed equipment breakdown). Please see attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document for further details. 3. This purchase includes several Brand-Name requirements. Please see the Brand-Name justifications. 4.
