The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive fire protection inspection, testing, certification, monitoring, maintenance, and repair services for residential, administrative, and commercial facilities located throughout authority-managed properties.

• Inspection and operational testing of all fire sprinkler backflow prevention devices
• Verification of compliance with local water authority requirements
• Completion and submission of all certification reports and documentation required
• Identification of deficiencies, failures, or code compliance concerns
• Coordination of required shutdowns with housing authority representatives

2. Fire pump testing

• Monthly invoicing identifying monitored properties and associated costs
8. Commercial hood inspection services
• Semi-annual or annual inspection and testing as required

• Replacement of fusible links as required
• Verification of system tags and compliance labeling

• Inspection and testing of irrigation backflow prevention devices
