The vendor is required to provide that vending services to snack and beverage vending services to guests, visitors, and staff at various county facilities.
-The services to be completed include but are not limited to installing, operating, provisioning, and maintaining machines; collaborating with County staff on products and services; and providing all labor, materials, carts, supplies, tools, equipment, miscellaneous incidentals, transportation, and related items necessary as requested by the County.
•The Contractor shall provide its own product and equipment.
•The Contractor is liable for any contaminated products dispensed.
•Products shall be high-quality and easily recognizable to the general population.
•All machines installed, either as original or replacement machines, shall be current production models. • Cold food dispensers or kiosks may be installed at selected locations.
•Machines shall be installed completely and ready for use.
•The Contractor shall refill money dispensers and perform hygienic maintenance at each restock visit
-Provisioning
•The Contractor shall only vend fresh, unexpired product.
•Product shall comply with all applicable federal, state and/or local health and safety requirements including but not limited to allergens, expiration dates, and packaging.
•The Contractor shall make all arrangements for delivery, unloading, receiving, and storing merchandise.
•The County shall not assume any responsibility for receiving these shipments or storage of merchandise.
•Machines may offer enhancements such as flavored water packages.
•Expiration dates shall be printed on all products.
•The Contractor shall restock as needed to meet the need of the service location.
•Routine restocking shall be no greater than every 14 days.
