Super Graphic Fabrication and Installation Services

The vendor is required to provide that super graphic fabrication and installation services for center for biotechnology at park campus.
- Service:
• Agency will provide graphic files of images to awarded established graphics and sign firm for the fabrication and installation.
• Contractor shall coordinate with the college’s project manager, graphic designer, and separate building contractor.
• Contractor shall fabricate and install all contracted graphics by the date submitted in response to this solicitation.
o Building environment:
- Mounting surface shall be provided as level 3 drywall primed and painted with acrylic latex
- Building temperature during installation shall be 72f +/- 5f with relative humidity below 80%.
- Installation areas are anticipated to match those indicated in this request for proposals. awarded contractor shall be responsible for obtaining field measurements and creating an accurate wall elevation drawing for each installation.
- Drawing shall indicate image crop areas, the proposed location of all joints, and annotate the expected location of cutouts for fixtures and fittings (if any).
- Cove base and cove base adhesive will be supplied by owner.
o image files:
- All images to be fabricated will be provided with proof of copyright.
- All images will be provided by owner at suitable resolution for installation. images include a combination of bitmap and vector graphics.
o Graphics installation:
- All graphics shall be fabricated as “wall protection incorporating graphics” as manufactured by construction specialties,
- The final layout and cropping of each image per location shall be approved by owner prior to fabrication.
- Graphics will extend floor to ceiling and be placed behind any cove base.
- There will be no horizontal joints allowed within the area from 30” to 96” above finished floor elevation.
- College property or college facility shall wear a clearly visible name tag, badge, embroidered or labelled uniform shirt, or other personal or company identification at all times. failure to comply with this requirement could result in removal from the campus until corrected.
