The vendor is required to provide that turnkey graphic design services to redesign cafeterias using current innovative trends within the food service industry that will appeal to students and increase participation in the school meals program.
• Design models should be unique to each school site.
• The designs should be geared towards increasing participation and must highlight wellness, including healthy food choices and physical activity.
• Academic achievement and age-appropriate character education may also be emphasized; school mascot preferred to be included.
• Must include the design, planning, development, project management, production, delivery, and installation of all proposed products in the proposal.
• Must oversee any and all aspects of the project including working with subcontractors.
• must schedule work after the end of the school day, nights, weekends, and district holidays. must operate with minimal disruption to the current meal service.
• Must remove and haul all old equipment for disposal as deemed necessary by the child nutrition director or designee. surplus and waste materials removed from the work site must be disposed of in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Must keep the work site and surrounding areas free from accumulation of waste materials or rubbish caused by operations from the installation of materials.
• Must submit a project design and construction schedule to reflect the recommended phases, phase activities, and timeline.
• Must provide vector files for all graphics to agency upon the completion of each project.
