Graphic Design Services

The vendor is required to provide that graphic design services agency to produce a variety of print and digital materials for the 2025-2026 school year that will successfully communicate the exceptional educational services and programs provided by agency to our community.
- Those materials include, but are not limited to, course catalogues, brochures, information cards, certificates, web graphics, print advertisements, posters, flyers, which will need to be developed or saved in various formats for use in online and print media.
- Artist will work directly with the public relations director on design and content specifications and may need to create original graphics and purchase and use stock photography
- Therefore, the graphic designer and graphic design agency must be accessible to agency by phone and email daily, including weekends, with calls/messages returned within 3 hours unless otherwise notified.
- The designer will be responsible for coordinating the project timeline, ensuring the project stays on track and meeting required print and mailing dates.
