Gateway Signage Services

The vendor is required to provide for all elements of project design, fabrication and installation of the gateway signs, to include coordination with any and all subcontractors and utility providers as required.
- Provide to transform neighborhoods into places of choice by rebuilding distressed public housing and assisted housing, improving and expanding services, expanding learning opportunities, creating pathways to jobs, and strengthening families.
- Services include:
• Create a full design package using the provided gateway sign concept.
• The city desires that the sign design package mirrors the conceptual designs as closely as possible.
• However, when deviations from the initial gateway concept are necessary, contractor shall coordinate as needed with the city and community.
• Coordinate sign location and siting at the desired locations, including coordination with city staff on the development of a city-created landscaping plan supporting the new sign installation.
• Provide all design services necessary for fabrication and installation, including sign lighting, as well as compliance with all applicable requirements and standards.
• Provide all fabrication services required for the gateway signs.
• Coordinate all elements of gateway signage installation to include all construction, site preparation, utility coordination, all required permitting, and agency coordination.
