- The vendor must conduct a thorough walk-through to identify and review all areas requiring signage removal in preparation for the installation of new signage across the campus.
- Effective coordination among agency, the demolition contractor and awarded signage proponent will be essential to ensure a smooth and seamless process.
- In support of this, facilities management and development (FMD) engaged cygnus to update our agency signage standards manual and complete a main campus wayfinding masterplan for both interior and exterior signage.
- To ensure signage quality and consistency, FMD seeks a signage vendor to fabricate and install wayfinding signage per agency signage standards and provide design and planning services when required.

• Communication needs:
• Teams meeting for kick-off.
• Regularly scheduled meetings with agency, signage vendor, and demolition contractor.
• Direct phone communication between agency pm, demolition contractor, and signage site foreman and team lead during installations.
• Site-walkthroughs to confirm locations and sign types prior to installations.
