Graphic Design and Video Production Services

The vendor is required to provide for graphic design and video production to be used in print and media for patient and public education on cannabis and hemp-derived cannabinoid products.
- The services will involve the production of short video clips and original creative content optimized for printing and publication and digital online presence.
- Creative content may include the production of original content for video clips, digital ads, posters, booklets, pamphlets, infographics, artistic illustrations, photo editing, font styling, watermarks, and any other video production and special graphic design needs that should emerge for agency.
- The contractor shall be responsible for the following:
• Production of digital ads (static and video), including online ad banners, short video clips (motion graphics and/or live production) less than one minute, and animated gifs.
• Brochure and booklet designs (pamphlets, tri-folds, flyers, etc.).
• Online graphics (social media, website elements), including transparent logos for campaigns, social media banners and posts, and simple to moderately complex illustrations.
• Photo editing and enhancements, including modifications to original and stock photography provided by agency.
• Other digital graphic design projects as needed by agency.
- The contractor shall provide the following deliverables:
• One (1) short video clip promoting safe use of medical cannabis among older individuals.
• One (1) short video clip on safe use of medical cannabis and risks of cannabis use among pregnant and breastfeeding individuals.
• One (1) short video clip on buying regulated cannabis and risks of unregulated hemp cannabinoid products.
• One (1) short video clip on state cannabis cultivation rules and regulations.
• Ten (10) infographics or animated gifs for medical cannabis and hemp-derived cannabis product education.
• One (1) pocket guide on medical cannabis route of administration and dosing.
• One (1) pocket guide on medical cannabis self-care.
• Photo editing of 10 photos at minimum for agency website and brochures.
