RFP Description
The vendor is required to provide from signage contractors with proven expertise in community wayfinding to implement the first phase of the signage strategy. • Sign type id1: facility & park id - primary (x3 locations) • Sign type id2: facility & park id - secondary (x3 locations) • Sign type pd1: pedestrian directional (x2 locations) • Sign type pd2: pedestrian directional kiosk (x2 locations) • Sign type vd1: vehicular directional - primary (x6 locations) • Sign type vd2: vehicular directional - secondary (x4 locations) - The successful signage contractor must consider all aspects of the implementation and roll-out of the signage indicated in the bid document for including, but not limited to, the following: • Survey of site conditions; • Careful coordination and placement of digital files and layouts; • Typesetting of all sign messages for all locations based on design standards; • Supply of shop drawings and finish samples for approval by the consultant and client; • Technical design and engineering of signs and their attachment to existing and new surfaces; • Coordination with state transportation as required, including traffic control and lane closures (if required); • Fabrication and installation of signs and graphics, including any lifts or equipment required to complete the installation; • Coordination of technical design, fabrication and installation with the town, consultants, and stakeholders. - Contract Period/Term: 6 Months - Questions/Inquires Deadline: June 20, 2025
