The Vendor is required to provide to fabricate and install new wayfinding and site signage at Camp to improve navigation, enhance the visitor experience, and ensure consistent branding across the property.
- The new signage package is essential to support increased visitor traffic, promote safety, and present a cohesive and professional appearance throughout the campgrounds.
- This signage is required to replace outdated, weathered, or inconsistent signs currently in place, many of which no longer meet accessibility standards or reflect the current layout of the camp.
- All signage must include:
1. Materials:
• Durable, weather-resistant sign panels fabricated from materials such as aluminum, high-pressure laminate, HDU, or equivalent. Signage posts must be constructed of stained cedar wood, treated for outdoor use and decay resistance.
2. Finish:
• UV-resistant finishes to prevent fading; anti-graffiti coating preferred where applicable.
3. Mounting:
• Secure mounting hardware appropriate for location (e.g., cedar posts with suitable anchors) and capable of withstanding wind, moisture, and freeze/thaw conditions.
4. Design Compliance:
• Signs must match the provided designs exactly, including dimensions, fonts, colors, logos, and layout, unless otherwise consulted and approved by the project designer.
5. Accessibility:
• Must meet ADA requirements for font size, contrast, tactile letering, and installation height where applicable.
6. Fabrication Quality:
• All edges should be smooth and finished; printing should be high-resolution and resistant to peeling or bubbling.
7. Environmental Conditions:
• Products must perform in outdoor environments typical of state, including extreme temperatures and precipitation.

- Serving as the primary point of contact for project coordination and communication.
- Fabrication of all signage in accordance with the final designs provided by the City.
- Procurement and delivery of all required materials, hardware, and equipment.
- Obtaining and paying for all necessary permits prior to installation.
- Coordination with City staff to confirm exact sign placement locations.
- Installation of signage at designated locations, including any necessary site preparation.
- Ensuring all signage is securely mounted, weather-resistant, and ADA-compliant.
- Cleanup and restoration of all disturbed areas upon completion of installation.
- Adherence to the agreed project timeline and communication of any delays or issues promptly.
- All signage must be warrantied for a minimum of one year against material defects, fading, and installation failure.
