The vendor is required to provide all labor, materials, and tools for the installation, removal, storage and maintenance of banners.
- Installation shall include approximately 160 rotational banners along the corridor four (4) times per year.
- Banners are approximately 72 inches tall by 30 inches wide and installed on standard 30-foot streetlight poles.
- Provide full-service banner management for streetlight banners along the big beaver road within the department corridor, from road to road.
- Banners must be secured using UV resistant zip ties
- All debris must be removed from site upon completion including zip tie waste.
- Storage
• Securely store up to 800 banners owned by the city for the duration of the contract.
• Inventory management is the responsibility of the contractor.
- Cleaning
• Clean all banners at least once annually or as needed to maintain a professional appearance.
- Repairs
• Provide stitching, hem, and grommet repair for all banners as needed.
• Report any banners deemed beyond repair for potential replacement.
- Delays
• Installations not completed by the specified day without written approval from the city may result in a 10% penalty deduction for each additional week delayed.
