The Vendor is required to provide digital-signage infrastructure to modernize.
1. Unified cloud content management system
• Provide a secure, vendor-hosted content-management system (CMS) accessible from any city facility or remote location.
• System must support SSO (e.g., azure ad), role-based permissions, and have 99. % uptime.
2. Player replacement and deployment
• Supply, install, and network-configure seven solid-state-based signage players that auto-register with the cloud CMS and are fully compatible with current monitors listed below (HDMI, 4k-ready).
3. Intuitive interface
• Deliver a browser-based interface with drag-and-drop scheduling, template library, emergency-alert override.
• Training must enable non-technical staff to easily publish content.
4. Analytics and reporting
• Provide dashboards for player health, playlist status, and proof-of-play; export raw data on demand.
5. Support, warranty and knowledge transfer
• Provide 3-year hardware warranty, ticketing system for reporting issues to support, four-hour response for critical issues, and an annual health-check review.
