Design Fabrication and Installation of Exterior Sign Services

The vendor is required to provide design and fabricate a double-sided sign using finishes that co-ordinate with the administration building façade and utilize visual accessibility features including contrast standards and appropriate text sizing consistent with accessibility standards.
- Install solar or low-voltage lighting to ensure readability at night. 
- Install the sign at a height and location that ensures visibility from passing motorist. 
- Install the sign in such a manner that it is securely anchored into the ground using the appropriate materials and workmanship necessary for the sign to withstand wind and weather events.
- Requirement
•    Design development: collaborate with municipal staff to finalize artistic and functional elements. 
•    Provide up to three designs for decision making purposes. 
•    Fabrication: construct using exterior grade durable materials and accessible design principles.
•    Installation: delivery and placement of the full unit, power connection (if required), and ensure that it is securely anchored into the ground using the appropriate materials and workmanship necessary for the sign to withstand wind and weather events into the future.
•    Signage to be installed in accordance with the public highways act.
