1. Three seasonal guides:
• Fall guide (September–December): 20–26 pages

2. Design requirements:
• Minimum of three front cover design options per publication to choose from.
• Full color throughout
• New theme layout required each year
• Complete design and layout services
• Up to 10 draft revisions per guide
• Final format: 8.5" x 11" booklet with ½" bleed lines
• PDF version for web publishing
3. Functionality:
• Production platforms: Canva or adobe creative suite
• Spellcheck included
• Generate QR codes using provided links
• Ability to crop and resize photos as needed
• Insert graphics and create tables as required
• Ability to access and utilize one drive
4. Communication:
• Maintain frequent emails and microsoft teams’ correspondence with recreation manager and market specialist.
