Projection Branding and Wayfinding Services

The Vendor is required to provide projection branding and wayfinding services to include all required power, networking cabling projectors, scalers and associated equipment, these systems will project onto or be mounted to existing building surfaces (if projection option is chosen no projection surfaces will not be needed as part of this project.
- System integration, scaling and content management options must be coordinated and approved by agency IT and smart city and all components must be able to be centrally controlled and compatible with current building equipment and software.
- All work done on-site falls must meet prevailing wage requirements and certified payrolls must be provided to be paid.
- Testing, commissioning, system training and troubleshooting guides must be provided by the contractor and installer awarded.
- Digital sign and all required components over Welton drive to assist with communication of operational messaging and parking on-site.
- This signage may need additional control components to be provided by the contractor to be able to be centrally controlled and should seamlessly integrate with existing building networks and systems.
- The contractor is responsible for the install of all signage, equipment, power and cabling, networking and cabling, mounting hardware, safety hardware, accessories etc. networking cable will need to be ran to the nearest IDF closet for patching.
- Coordination and networking specifications will need to be provided and approved by with agency IT department/operations.
