The vendor is required to provide wayfinding and signage services for executing all work included in the drawings and specifications, including, but not limited to:
1. Fabrication
• Manufacture all signage in strict accordance with the signed and sealed design drawings and specifications
• Utilize high-quality, durable, and weather-resistant materials to ensure longevity and compliance with agency standards.
• Ensure act compliance and adherence to all applicable codes and regulations.
2. Delivery and logistics
• Coordinate transportation of all fabricated signage to designated campus locations.
• Implement proper packaging and handling to prevent damage during transit.
• Develop a delivery schedule in coordination with agency to minimize disruption to campus operations.
3. Installation
• Provide temporary signage and mock-ups as directed per plans and specs.
• Install signage as per the approved drawings and placement plans.
• Conduct installation in a phased approach to ensure minimal impact on daily campus activities.
• Verify proper alignment, mounting, and functionality of all signage upon completion.
4. Quality control and compliance
• Perform post-installation inspections to verify accuracy, compliance, and adherence to project standards.
• Address any deficiencies or adjustments required by agency prior to final acceptance.
5. Training and documentation
• Provide agency staff with documentation and guidelines for long-term maintenance and upkeep.
• Conduct an overview of materials, installation methods, and future signage management protocols.
