The vendor is required to provide design, produce, coordinate placement, install, maintain and remove custom footpath decals in the county convention center district.
- These decals will be strategically placed to enhance wayfinding and promote city-wide conferences, providing clear directional guidance and branded visual impact for visiting attendees.
- Decal Design Services
• Vendor shall collaborate with Visit city and their Advertising Agency of Record to develop creative, visually engaging decal designs that align with Visit city ’s branding and the specific themes of each city-wide conference.
• The designs will vary based on conference type and operational needs, and must include the following: Visit city and the applicable conference branding; Thematic elements such as seasonal motifs, visuals by market segment, or other elements, as requested; Directional or instructional graphics such as arrows, icons, or text.
• Standard decal dimensions will be approximately 24" x 24", with flexibility based on design needs.
• A minimum of 100 flip flop sets will be required per project. This quantity may vary depending on the size of the group
• Vendor shall provide digital mockups for review and approval prior to finalizing designs.
- Decal Production
• Vendor shall ensure that the product meets the following quality standards: Must be high-quality, durable decals that are suitable for indoor/outdoor adhesion; Materials must be capable of withstanding foot traffic and typical weather; Materials must be slip-resistant, easy to clean, and compliant with ADA and OSHA safety standards; Vendor must offer a range of sizes and shapes based on design requirements; Material weight and quality must be reviewed and agreed upon in advance.
• Pre-production samples shall be provided to Visit city for approval prior to production of final product.
• Vendor shall complete production within the agreed-upon timeline for each event.
- Banner Production
• Must be high-quality, durable banners that are suitable for outdoor adhesion;
• Materials must be capable of withstanding typical weather;
• Vendor must offer a range of sizes and shapes based on design requirements;
• Material weight, quality and design must be reviewed and agreed upon in advance.
• Pre-production samples shall be provided to Visit city for approval prior to production of final product.
• Vendor shall complete production within the agreed-upon timeline for each event.
- Decal and Banner Installation, Maintenance, and Removal
• Installation must adhere to any permitting or regulatory requirements that the City or County may have, and it is the responsibility of the vendor to coordinate and comply.
• Vendor will be responsible for installing decals along the footpaths and sidewalks between the County Convention Center and nearby area hotels as follows: Installation will take place along specific pathways, as identified by Visit city; Decal installation must be completed within agreed-upon timelines; Surface must be properly prepared in advance of installation for secure application; Decals must adhere to the footpath without causing damage.
• Vendor must offer recommendations on best practices for longevity and upkeep.
• Vendor shall complete replacement of decals, as needed, based on campaign timelines and wear.
• Vendor shall provide decal removal and surface restoration within agreed-upon timelines.
