Digital Signage Network Services

The Vendor is required to provide for the power, data, placement and installation of digital signage screens.
- Three (3) service elements: data port installation and activation, electrical circuit installation, and digital signage screen installation.
- Installation requirements
1. Data port installations and activations
•    Installing, connecting, and verifying data, audio, and video connections, including cable. 
•    Installing data cable to desired location. 
•    Installing data port in desired location.
•    Activating data port and verifying network connection. 
•    Coordinating with colleges, schools, departments, contractors, or units to ensure functional installations.
2. Electrical circuit installations
•    Installing, connecting, and verifying power connections, including electrical lines and outlets. 
•    Coordinating with colleges, schools, departments, contractors, or units to ensure functional installations.
3. Digital signage screen installations
•    Installing and mounting digital signage displays (monitors), enclosures, or custom video walls (ADA-compliant). 
•    Connecting data, audio, video, and power connections. 
•    Coordinating with colleges, schools, departments, contractors, or units to ensure functional installations.
