Graphics Design Services

The Vendor is required to provide graphics design firms demonstrating their experience in creative design and layout services. 
- Function as the System’s Graphics Designer, providing various services associated with graphics design, including the following:
•    Design and Layout
•    Pre-Press/Pre-flight
•    Concepts and Drafts 
•    Photography/Photos
•    Copy Editing
•    Ability to create content that meets current and future Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements (WCAG 2.1 Level AA Standards)
•    Project Management
- Responsible for the design and layout of various outreach materials including, but not limited to:
•    Annual Reports 
•    Newsletters
•    Benefit Guides 
•    Postcards
•    Brochures 
•    Posters/Signage
•    Flyers 
•    PowerPoint Templates
•    Forms
•    Electronic Flipbooks
•    New Brand Design
