The Vendor is required to provide board, fence, and signage services on an as-needed basis.
- Project management and mobilization
• Review of project requirements and site conditions
• Procurement and delivery of materials
• Mobilization of labor, tools, equipment, and materials
• Oversight of installation of temporary security measures
- Boarding of vacant structures
• Secure all doors, windows, and accessible openings using exterior-grade plywood with appropriate bracing
• Boarding and bracing installed from the interior and securely fastened to prevent removal
• Removal of vegetation (brush, weeds, small trees) obstructing visibility from streets or adjacent properties
• Removal and re-installation of window boarding to support environmental sampling, if needed. The assumption is only one window boarding per building will be needed
- Temporary property fencing
• Installation of temporary perimeter fencing to restrict unauthorized access
• Installation of lockable access gates for authorized personnel
• Posting of “no trespassing,” “authorized personnel only,” and “danger – do not enter” signage
• Privacy screening shall not be installed to maintain visibility.
