- Develop building signage design concepts
• Consultant will work with parks and recreation administration to confirm sign locations, quantity, and language.
• Consultant will utilize existing township branding to create and present schematic design concepts from which the final design concept will be selected.
- Develop design guidelines on signage types and locations
• Sign types, including sizes, shapes, colors, materials, and hardware.
• Letter sizes, fonts, heights, spacing, and style.
• Develop a menu of signs and specifications.
• Signs should be designed to be durable and long lasting and able to be fabricated using standard materials and methods.
• Specifications should include specific placement information and clear instructions for installation and future replacement.
