Parks Wayfinding Signage and Mapping Services

The Vendor is required to provide to design, fabricate, and install a comprehensive wayfinding signage and park mapping system.
- Objectives
•    Conduct a wayfinding assessment and signage audit.
•    Develop a comprehensive wayfinding masterplan.
•    Provide fabrication specifications and cost estimates.
•    Fabricate and install approved signage.
•    Deliver digital map files and maintenance guidelines.
- Sign design:
1. Provide concept designs and final artwork for:
•    Vehicular directional signs
•    Pedestrian directional signs
•    Park identification signs
•    Trailhead kiosk with maps
•    Interpretive panels (if applicable)
•    Regulatory signs (as needed)
2. Design must include
•    Township branding
•    Color palette and typography
•    Iconography system
•    Materials and finishes
•    Anti-graffiti coatings
•    Weather-resistant construction
- Park maps
•    Professionally illustrated site map
•    Clearly marked trails, amenities, parking, restrooms, etc.
•    Ada accessible routes
•    “you are here” orientation
•    Emergency contact information
•    Digital files for website and print use
- Fabrication and installation
•    Engineering as required
•    Permit coordination (if applicable)
•    Sign fabrication
•    Installation services
•    Warranty documentation
•    Maintenance plan.
