The Vendor is required to provide for the design and layout of its Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR).
- The design includes the cover, divider pages, and interior spreads, as well as chart and graphs.
- The final completed design and layout will be a full-color report of approximately 105 pages (plus cover) in both digital and print-ready formats, in alignment with agency brand identity and brand guidelines.
- The remaining six members of the board are elected by participating members (four individuals) and annuitants (two individuals).
- Objectives:
• Conduct initial meetings with stakeholders to understand project goals and processes.
• Based on theme ideas from agency, provide three separate high-level cover and graphic design options. Once the overall design and theme are selected, prepare divider pages and interior spreads, as well as chart and graph examples for approval.
• Convert/export Microsoft word and excel data provided by agency to page formatting.
• Create charts and graphs from statistical data provided by agency.
• Provide editing and proofreading support checking for grammar, consistency, and typographical errors.
• Revise the design files as requested by agency as a result of internal and external review. Price quoted should include at least six rounds of revisions.
