The Vendor is required to provide wayfinding signage consulting services to evaluate current signage practices, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop a cohesive framework that enhances clarity, accessibility, and operational efficiency across public facilities.
- The consultant will provide expert review, assessment, and recommendations to ensure that all wayfinding and signage reflect best practices, meet accessibility requirements, and maintain visual and functional consistency across all township facilities.

• Align with existing township guidelines while identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for modernization.
• Apply progressive, industry-recognized best practices in signage design, placement, messaging hierarchy, and user-centered communication.
• Pa advance accessibility and inclusion through appropriate use of braille, tactile elements, contrast, legibility standards, and universal design principles.
• Improve visitor experience and traffic flow within recreation and community centres by creating intuitive, predictable navigation pathways.
• Deliver clear, actionable recommendations supported by visual examples, assessments, and site-specific insights.
• Provide standardized, universal templates that can be consistently deployed across all township sites to ensure long-term consistency and ease of implementation.
