• Supply 1 2.4mm 24’x4’8” screen for the shoeshine banner
• Supply 4 1.9mm 63”x70” screens for the charging stations
• Supply 1 2.4mm 20’x20’ screen on 3rd floor north atrium
• Provide primary and backup processing for all screens.
• Provide 20% spares
• Configure system networking per IT requirements
• Supply 16 (+ spares) 43-55” low profile meeting room screens
o Can be LCD
o Must be low-profile (less than 4”)
• Supply 10 exterior 2.4mm 75”x35” double-sided screens for the inner roadway
• Supply 7 2.4mm 90”x256” double-sided screens to be mounted into extant steel framing for the concourse flags
• Supply 4 2.4mm 48”x156” double-sided screens to be mounted into extant steel framing for the crystal palace flags
• Provide primary and backup processing for all screens.
• Provide 20% spares
• Supply 25 (+ spares) 43-55” low profile meeting room screens
• Supply 6 screens for concourse faces
o Size is typically 90’x12’6”
• Supply 3 exterior 2.4mm 75”x35” double-sided screens for the inner roadway
• Supply 1 2.4mm 33’4”x4’8” screen for NW Starbucks banner
• Supply 1 2.4mm 33’4” x4’8” screen for SW Starbucks banner
• Supply 1 2.4mm 33’2” x4’8” screen for se Starbucks banner
• Supply 1 2.4 mm 24’9” x4’8” screen for 3e banner
• Provide primary and backup processing for all screens.
- Programming and controls
• Led programming by a certified programmer
• Integrate control system specified by AV
- Project management and labor
• Dedicated project management
• Furnish all equipment per the approved bill of materials
• Delivery of materials to site, per schedule
• On-site project management support during installation
• On-site installation training and support
• System testing, commissioning, and owner training
- Scheduling and work conditions
• All work performed during normal working hours: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
