Graphics and Wayfinding Services

The Vendor is required to provide graphics and wayfinding services for the design, fabrication, and installation of the approved final package.
- All facility graphics, wayfinding elements, and aesthetic enhancements, and may also involve integration of digital technologies or electrical updates related to these components.
- The graphics package should emphasize high-end, custom branding that blends the mountaineers’ team identity with a premium, upscale aesthetic.
- Requirement:
•    Assessment of architectural plans.
•    Bi-weekly virtual design meetings with project team.
•    Progress submissions of recommendations at monthly intervals.
•    Onsite presentation of 90% recommendations and study with a selected committee from
•    Owner’s representative.
•    Final submission after collecting the committee’s comments.
•    With each submission, provide color renderings in isometric and elevation. 
•    Also include dimensional information, electrical and data connection types and locations, mounting and installation details and coordinating with construction documents.
•    With each submission provide budgetary pricing estimates for design and installation of each graphic item per location as defined on the architectural prints provided.
•    Provide a timeline and schedule for the project.
•    Provide an estimated installation schedule and work with construction manager to incorporate schedule into overall project schedule.
