Digital Wayfinding Signage Services

The Vendor is required to provide the design, fabrication, installation and maintenance of the digital wayfinding signage display.
- Wayfinding stations are anticipated to be customizable, modular kiosks designed to facilitate user interaction through both digital and physical means. 
- They are intended to offer public benefits and incorporate smart technology, which may include, but is not limited to, the following features:
•    Wayfinding information
•    Public information and art displays
•    Real-time public transportation options and arrival and departure data (e.g., bus, train, shared mobility devices (bike, scooter), or foot, etc.)
•    Usage auto counts and behavior data
•    Weather advisory updates
•    Include multilingual display capabilities, primarily featuring English and Spanish, and additional languages as identified by the city
•    Will utilize public WI-FI access
•    Support for various content formats including pdf, Microsoft office files, map, images, and web links.
- Requirement:
•    Provide design, implementation, fabrication, installation, operation, and maintenance including replacement and repairs of five (5) kiosks. 
•    Provide any and all fiber and cat6 and power connectivity lines and provide specifications for what will need to be performed by others. 
•    Provide a maintenance plan to ensure that equipment, hardware, software, firmware, network connectivity and power remain functional, up to date and modernized. 
•    Provide a unified cloud-hosted management platform providing real-time information on the kiosks, allowing the city to update content available in each kiosk, as well as, at a minimum, the following reports:
o    Quarterly and annual usage statistics reports for location and content guidance (including insights into pedestrian foot traffic and revenue reports upon request) 
o    Annual hardware maintenance and software reports
o    Sample usage reports for American disabilities act of 1990 (“ADA”) and language barrier compliance 
o    Sample statistical reports for content strategy 
o    Estimated electrical demand per kiosk.
