The Vendor is required to provide to construct and install signage at various county facilities, including designated parks and other locations.
- Mobilization and demonization:
• Includes all activities associated with mobilizing to conduct the work including the transportation of all equipment and materials required to perform the work as specified to the project site and final transporting (removal) of all equipment and materials from the project site upon final inspection and acceptance of the project by the county.
- Execution of work:
• Prior to initiating any work under the contract there will be a formal (virtual) meeting to include to discuss all responsibilities, requirements, scheduling, and other parameters associated with the work.
• The exact locations of signs shall be flagged and approved by the county prior to proceeding with any work
• Typical work hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday or other times as agreed to by the county.
• The work schedule will be discussed during the pre-con meeting.
- Signage standards and requirements:
• All signs shall be constructed in accordance with county consistent sign standard, last revised 4/10/2024
• All lettering should match the provided sign mockups
• A final proof based on the county signage standards shall be provided to the county for approval prior to work being completed.
