The Vendor is required to provide the graphic design services.
- Create a new agency tagline, logo, and word mark; style and branding guide, including fonts, color palette, etc.; and templates for use in formats, including print (formal and informal documents), websites, social media, video, and more. All deliverable assets must be in an editable format, including Encapsulated PostScript (EPS), Adobe Illustrator (AI), Portable Document Format (PDF), and Word files.
- Create standardized and editable templates in .EPS, .AI., PDF, and Word files for PowerPoint, letterhead, signature block, written report, flyers, posters, brochures, and social media which incorporate the tagline and logo/word mark
- Create a custom suite of agency icons/illustrations to complement tagline and final logo/word mark treatment for use in print, web, and other formats.
- Create motion graphics of logo to be used in a variety of media, including for the web and broadcast purposes.
- Develop an original, brand-new tagline, logo, and word mark as well as related assets (e.g., style guide with protocols for typography, colorways, etc.) and design treatments for a wide range of print and digital uses, along with other graphic design deliverables (e.g., templates and designs for letterhead, PowerPoint, flyer, tablecloth, canopy tent, retractable banner, step-and-repeat, business card, signature block, Quick Response (QR) code, etc.).
- Conduct research to ensure ideas and concept options are appropriate and universally accepted with broad appeal.
- Develop concept, including inventory and review of existing agency visual assets, and the curation of aspirational tagline, logo, and word mark examples.
- Develop and receive approval from agency of final tagline, logo, and word mark; style and branding guide, including fonts, color palette/colorways, etc.; and templates for use in formats, including print (formal and informal documents), websites, social media, video, and more. All deliverable assets must also be in an editable format, including RAW files, JPG/JPEG, PNG, .EPS, .AI., PDF, and Word files. Any highly formatted documents must be delivered in a digital format through programs/software, such as Adobe InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator or Canva.
- Develop and receive approval from agency of custom suite of agency icons/illustrations to complement final tagline and logo/word mark treatment for use in print, web, and other formats. These will include customized icons for a wide range of priority issues and initiatives, including when used in collaboration with the agency Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or other County departments and agencies (final design shall complement other existing County logos when placed side-by side).
- Develop and receive approval from agency of an animated/motion graphic version of the logo to be used in a variety of media, including for the web and broadcast purposes.
