Graphic Design and Content Development Services

The Vendor is required to provide graphic design and content development services to support the creation of high-quality materials for a wide range of stakeholders.
- Requirement:
•    Develop visually engaging and professionally formatted materials, including:
o    Reports and summaries
o    Presentation decks
o    Infographics and data visualizations
o    Stakeholder communication materials
•    Support writing, editing, and formatting of content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency
•    Translate complex policy, data, and program information into accessible formats for diverse audiences
•    Ensure materials are aligned with department branding, formatting standards, and accessibility expectations
•    Revise and refine materials based on department feedback
•    Prepare final print-ready files.
