The Vendor is required to provide signage services for include:
• Design and proofing shall be approved by the department prior to re-facing.
• Contractor shall secure permit with city.
• Prepare existing structure for installation of new aluminum, inclusive of removal of existing railing and damaged sign.
• Contractor to remove and properly dispose of existing framework attached to the sign.
• Contractor to furnish and install new dimensional logo at the top of the structure on each side, per the specifications and branding guide:
o Logo to be multi-colored dimensional custom cutouts
o Logo to be ¼” white PVC
• Panels to be white aluminum and the same size as the existing panels. (please refer to exhibit q2025115e1 for sizing)
• Lettering on panels shall be black, flat vinyl sticker.
• Letter size and font shall be similar to the existing.
• Remove one (1) decorative square, repaint area with matching paint.
• Upon completion of installation, contractor shall contact city representative for final inspection and approval.
• Minimum warranty: two (2) years parts and labor.
