The Vendor is required to provide web and graphic design, creative and development services for include:
• Reviewing agency communications plans and creating websites and graphic designs that support communications goals and objectives.
• Supporting, with graphic design, web design and development and creative services, agency execution of its communications plans.
• Attending strategy and creative meetings and provide input and direction.
• Developing designs that supplement, enhance or replace written content and aid in communicating agency messages.
• Generating multiple design options for agency review.
• Developing branded materials that communicate agency mission, vision and values.
• Creating and adhering to project schedules and budgets.
• Completing all work within quoted project budgets and project timelines.
• Creating custom illustrations to communicate technical information to a lay audience.
• Designing graphics for use in print and digital formats including:
o Brochures
o Logos
o Media kits
o Fact sheets
o Educational publications
o Annual reports
o Icons
o Advertisements
o Events
o Websites
o Social media
• Copywriting for advertisements and various collateral pieces.
• Designing and developing accessible websites and content that are web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG) compliant with the current standard.
• Designing accessible pdf documents that are WCAG compliant with the current standard.
