The Vendor is required to provide high-quality graphic design services for Agency.
- Services may include, but are not limited to, creative concept development, branding and visual identity support, and the layout and design of marketing, communications, and instructional materials.
- Provide strong design capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver consistent, professional results that align with the organization’s branding standards.
- Capable of managing projects from initial concept through final design, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
- The resulting contracts will support a variety of district needs, including promotional materials, educational publications, signage, and other visual communication assets.
- Services shall include, but are not limited to, the design and development of the following materials:
• Poster designs (24” x 36”)
• Flyer and brochure designs (8.5” x 11”, including die-cut formats as required)
• Sticker designs (3” die-cut)
• Pull-up banner designs (33” x 80”)
• Lenticular banner designs (33” x 80”)
• Backdrop designs (8’ x 8’)
• Wall graphics (sizes will vary depending on installation space)
• T-shirt logo designs
• Business card design updates (3.5” x 2”)
• Holiday card designs (example size: 7” x 5”)
• Pocket folder designs (9” x 12”)
• Branding Design Elements – Background Systems (Gradients & Textures) Development of branded gradient and background design elements for use across print and digital applications.
• Branding Design Elements – Graphic Asset Library (Shapes & Elements) Development of branded graphic elements, including shapes and design components, for use across print and digital applications.
• Multi-page publications such as an Impact Report (approximately 20–30 pages; 11” x 8.5”)
- Deliverables for each project, as applicable:
• Initial design concepts or mockups for review and approval
• Revisions based on stakeholder feedback (number of revisions to be defined in the contract or project scope)
• Final approved designs in high-resolution, print-ready, and/or digital formats as specified by agency
• Editable source files (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent formats)
• Web-optimized files where applicable (e.g., JPEG, PNG, PDF, or other requested formats)
• Properly packaged files including fonts, links, and images, when requested
• Documentation of color specifications, fonts, and brand elements used, as applicable
