Vehicle Fabrication and Custom Installation Services

The Vendor is required to provide vehicle fabrication and installation services including, but not limited to, truck bed covers, lift gates, utility beds, racks, camper shells, and tow hitches, painting, and welding.
- Fabrication and custom installation materials must meet OEM specifications unless otherwise authorized by county.
- Ensure only certified welders are used in any county fabrication and installation projects.
- Service by email or phone (followed up by email), specifying the type of fabrication or custom installation of the vehicle
- The invoice must include document order (do), equipment identification information, and line-item breakdown of total labor hours, parts, environmental fees, and miscellaneous charges
- Provide documentation, including but not limited to the following: manufacturer’s warranty; cautionary and informational warnings; recommended maintenance schedules and procedures; recommended spare parts lists; operating, technical, and maintenance manuals, including drawings, if applicable; product brochures; and safety data sheets (SDS).
