Research and Graphic Design Services

The Vendor is required to provide a graphic designer or design firm to research, design and produce agency heritage month publications, annual report and Summer Fun Guide in both print and digital formats.
- Objective:
• Research, identify and source visual art assets and photography for publications
• Conduct outreach to arts institutions, artists and cultural organizations to solicit events for inclusion in heritage guides.
• Research, solicit, aggregate and organize text content for events and artists included in heritage guides
• Develop and implement graphic design of all publications in both print and digital formats
• Prepare all publications for printing and create digital versions of publications
