The Vendor is required to provide wayfinding signage design services for include:

1. Project initiation and plan review
β’ Meet with town staff and review the draft may 2026 wayfinding plan.
β’ Confirm the sign inventory, priority locations, and design direction.
β’ Identify any locations requiring agency coordination or permits and flag these for town action.
β’ Confirm the project schedule and town responsibilities.
2. Engineering analysis and drawings
β’ Conduct a desktop engineering review of site conditions, including row constraints, sight lines, utilities, and ADA clearance requirements.
β’ Identify any locations requiring field verification and coordinate with town staff to complete.
β’ Prepare construction drawings for each sign typology to a level sufficient for fabrication and installation bidding.
β’ Drawings shall include foundation and mounting details, post specifications, sign panel dimensions, and installation notes.
β’ Flag any locations within agency jurisdiction and provide documentation to support the town's permit applications.
3. Bid-ready package
β’ Assemble all engineering drawings, graphic files, specifications, and sign matrix into a cohesive bid package the town can issue to sign fabricators and installers.
β’ Include a preliminary cost estimate for fabrication and installation of the full recommended inventory, and a phased implementation option prioritizing the 21 priority vehicle directional locations and 5 priority pedestrian directional locations identified in the draft may 2026 study.
